Against all odds, the spectacular evolution of digital communication means have generated this last decade an explosion of the necessity, for organisation managers to meet more frequently for to take more often and more rapidly strategical decisions.

The direct and logic consequence has been such a grow in the need of people and goods transportation that conventional aerial means of transportation are no longer abble to face the todays users new needs, i.e. lighter density on european territory companies site deployment, new transversal legs to deploy, increased collaborativity between externalised entities.
